Our milk is produced by the St. Alban’s Cooperative Creamery, a co-op of 463 local Vermont farms that produces more than 3 million pints of FDA approved organic, and rbGH free milk each and every day. The co-op works in conjunction with the Dairy Stewardship Alliance, which teaches and maintains the highest quality of production methods to other local farmers.
