We make chocolate using cocoa from the Conacado co-op in the Dominican Republic. The coop is made up of more than 9500 members, organized in 9 blocks, with 142 local associations. This allows small farmers to use a centralized drying, fermenting, and storage centre to facilitate and maintain the highest quality of organic cocoa for fair trade export.
