2. Email us at stuart@dcbenjer.com, with a subject heading “PERSONAL PINT REQUEST”. We will send you a form. Fill out the form and take it to your nearest Ben and Jerry’s store!!!
OR
3. Go to your nearest Ben and Jerrys and ask for a form to fill out!!!
(PLEASE ALLOW 36 HOURS FOR ALL ORDERS AFTER YOUR FORM HAS BEEN SENT).
